Payments & Account Info

Our new property manager RowCal manages all things accounts and payments as of 3/1/2024. Please make sure you have an account setup and that your email address and contact info stay current with them. All neighborhood emails originate from the RowCal system which relies on the emails as entered in your account.

For annual dues and payments, there are a few ways to handle these:

1) You can use the ACH system by logging in to RowCal and paying using electronic check. The information entered is the same as is physically written on your check, but with PayHOA they use encrypted systems vs a paper check with your info floating around. There is no charge for this payment method. RowCal provided instructions in your welcome letter from Feb 22, 2024 - the ACH setup is rowcal.com/ACH.
2) You can mail a physical check. We don't recommend it, but you can mail a check to the address printed on the invoice. Your invoice is sent annually and is available in your RowCal account. If you mail a check, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery due to USPS delays. You must include your RowCal account number on the check (see your portal). The payment date applied for this payment method will be the date that the service scans and deposits your check which is one business day after delivery. Bank bill-pay systems may report an earlier date, but we have found these to be optimistic estimates and cannot be used reliably as date of receipt. There is no charge for this payment method. 3) You can use Credit Card. Log in to RowCal. You can use a credit card in the payments section. However, the charge for processing (usually ~3%) will be added to your payment as we do not budget for credit card payments as >90% of payments each year are e-check.
