Saratoga Hills is a small hill-country community of 155 homesites each ~1.5 acres or greater - built by Ashton Woods, Vintage Estate Homes, and Ryland Homes (CalAtlantic). Homes are well-spaced, given the acreage and elevation varies throughout the neighborhood, as we sit at the edge of the Texas Hill Country. With several acres of green space owned and preserved by the Association, Saratoga Hills provides a peaceful, Dark Sky retreat just minutes from Austin, or the Texas wine country.
The community is governed by the Saratoga Hills HOA. The community is located just west of Austin at the edge of Dripping Springs. We are served by Dripping Springs ISD but are technically "Dripping Springs ETJ."
The land was originally designated "Key Ranch Estates" before being purchased by the Developer, around 2012-2013, to design Saratoga Hills.
We're located just west of Austin, off Hwy 290, at the edge of the Hill Country. We are served by the Dripping Springs school system. Dripping Springs is known as the "Gateway to the Hill Country" with small town shops, breweries and wineries all located nearby, and is often affectionately called the Wedding Capital of Texas given the large number of beautiful venues in our area.
About 5 miles of neighborhood streets ending in cul-de-sacs.
