✅ No improvements or changes will begin until I receive written approval (subject to fines as stated in the Saratoga Fine Policy).
✅ Any changes to my project require additional review and approval from the Architectural Committee.
✅ Any damage to drainage, utility, irrigation lines, existing landscaping, fencing or other property is my/our responsibility, and will be promptly repaired/replaced at my/our expense.
✅ Any adverse effects to drainage are my/our responsibility to correct. The ACC is not responsible for reviewing projects for potential drainage issues. Large scope projects are susceptible to drainage blocks, and/or diversion, which can impact my property and possibly those of adjacent property owners. I agree not to allow my project to change storm water runoff, which could have a negative impact. Any negative impact will be my responsibility to promptly correct (within 30 days).
✅ Contractors are not permitted to place signs on my property advertising their business (Ex: Pool is built by…) and any violations related to such signs are my responsibility.
✅ Contractors should be advised to abide by speed limits posted in the neighborhood.
✅ I understand that greenbelt access or adjacent lot access is not permissible for construction (ingress, egress or storage included) unless explicitly authorized in writing.
✅ Progress photos may be required and need to be submitted upon request to the Architectural Committee to follow progress during construction.
Thank you for submitting your project to the all volunteer ACC! While the goal is to respond to every request quickly, depending on the time of year and complexity of the project, approvals can take some time. The ACC will do everything possible to speed things along, and your cooperation in requested information will greatly help.
You might find these useful in developing your submission.
