Welcome to Saratoga Hills!

About Us

Located near the Texas Hill Country, we’re a small neighborhood of 155 homes served by Dripping Springs ISD. We’re governed by a Homeowners Association and self-managed by three community elected board members, with at least one seat up for election each year. We are considered Austin addresses, but Dripping Springs “ETJ”, which means we get some Dripping benefits, but do not fall strictly under their governance.

About the HOA

We endeavor to provide neighbors with a relatively quiet, hands-off approach, unlike many larger communities in the area, though that does not mean we don’t have standards or enforcement. Our CC&Rs are available on the website, and budget reports are available in RowCal under the "Documents" section. As a small community with a board of three volunteers, the website will answer the majority of your questions. If you have questions about the gate, codes, and hours, as well as a number of other questions around our architectural control process, etc, start with the website. If you still have questions, check the support page or reach RowCal's care team. For managing payments, and your HOA account, we use RowCal as our property manager. For hosting a variety of information, we use the website - if you're reading this then you've already registered here.

Recommended "To-Do's"

Like any neighborhood, we have neighbors that stay quiet, we have neighbors that are pretty vocal, but all things considered we enjoy rather peaceful living.

Good luck with settling in! If we can be of any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out! Email is the best way to reach us: Board@saratogahillsaustin.com

Sincerely,

Justin, Lorna and Jody
