Saratoga Hills HOA has invited you to complete a survey: 2023 CCR changes regarding Operating a Business from the Home.

Survey Description:

As you may know, we had an issue in May where there was confusion raised about what is intended in our CCRs regarding one's ability to operate a business from a residence. It created sufficient concern with the engagement of attorneys that it is in the benefit of the neighborhood to clarify the intent through a CCR change. This survey is one point of feedback, in addition to the multiple emails we have received, that will be used to draft the final language to put before you in a formal vote in the coming weeks.
