We hope each of you had a blessed Thanksgiving with your family and friends.
As originally announced in the email update on October 5th, we are holding our annual meeting, including finalizing the election for a new Board member, on Thursday, December 7th at 6PM. We will meet virtually, and details with the link will be sent by end of day on Wednesday, December 6th.
In previous elections, we've been asked to share in advance about candidates. We currently have one volunteer - Jody Lynne Dugai - who has submitted her interest in joining the Board, and both of us are thankful and very excited at the potential to work with her. Jody has a passion for the neighborhood and 24 years of military experience, retiring as the Commander (CEO) of a military medical facility. We appreciate her willingness to volunteer and share her passion for Saratoga Hills.

Timeline for Board Interest Submission, Voting and Meeting Information
Monday, 11/27 6PM - Board Interest submission deadline
In keeping with the request of sharing all candidate information in advance, please make sure to submit your interest in running for the Board by this time. The original link was sent on 10/5 and is included HERE as well. This allows us the time needed to create the ballot and ensure that all neighbors have ample time to review and consider any and all candidates. Complete candidate information will be included in the information scheduled for distribution on Wednesday, 11/29.
Wednesday 11/29 - Final meeting agenda, Slido, and Ballots will be distributed via email. We will use the same online system as we have in the past for voting, and Slido will collect questions or topics for the meeting Q&A.
