All about our gate...

There are 4 ways to open the gate

  • Your existing clicker or built in car button. If you don't have a clicker, see below.
  • Your unique family code - If you have an issue, need code, or need to change it, please email us at Board@saratogahillsaustin.com. To use it, punch in the code then the "Open" button (no # sign or anything)
  • Using the call box - Guests can either use your unique family code or use the call box to find you and your phone will ring. When the phone rings (972-231-1999 is the call-from number) you press “*” (star) to give access.
  • Generic Codes - In order to provide for some restrictions on the times codes can be used, we’ve created a unique code for Amazon, and general delivery. Please update your Amazon settings or Uber/other app as needed.
    Amazon = 1999 | Other = 2121

If you need a code

Email support@saratogahillsaustin.com. We will receive it and add the code as quickly as possible. If you have a 4 digit code you prefer, mention it in the email.

If you need to be added to the callbox

Use the same email. You can include two cell numbers. Whoever answers first will be able to admit visitors. Both numbers will ring simultaneously.

Clickers & Programming

The remotes from Amazon are inexpensive and very easy to program - you just slide the cover off the front and set each "dip switch" that is an odd number to the "down" position (see image with arrow pointing to the "dip switch").

Gate Open/Close Times

The entrance gate is programmed to "hold open" during morning and afternoon rush times. The exit gate is not connected to our network and only opens/closes based on the pressure plate near the exit. If you are having an open house and need the gate held open for a period one day, please email support@saratogahillsaustin.com.
